Downtown One is a skyscraper located in the center of Tirana, standing 140 meters tall, making it the tallest building in the country. It comprises 40 floors above ground and 5 underground parking levels. The building includes a hotel and offers a combination of luxury residential living, high-quality office spaces, and a shopping centre designed for premium brands.
Notably, it is the first structure in Albania to achieve LEED Gold pre-certification.
