The Llogara Tunnel is a road tunnel in southern Albania, located approximately 20 km from the city of Vlorë.
The Llogara Tunnel is a road tunnel in southern Albania, located about 20 km from the city of Vlora. Passing through the Llogara National Park, the tunnel is 6 kilometers long, making it the longest in the country. It has a maximum allowed speed of 80 km/h and reduces the travel time from Dukat to Palasë from 30 minutes to just 7–8 minutes. Likewise, the journey from Vlorë to Palasë, which previously took about one hour, can now be completed in 20 minutes.
