Industry

Industrial electrical systems are designed to handle high loads, 24/7 continuous operation, and stringent safety standards. They rely on a three-phase supply (400V), ensuring energy efficiency and flexibility for expansion, while increasingly integrating automation and advanced technologies.

Hospitals and Pharmaceutical Warehouses

Today, the vast majority of medical equipment in a hospital operates on electrical power; therefore, a malfunction of this kind or a power outage can endanger patients’ lives. Consequently, hospital power supply and electrical safety are two vital aspects for the proper functioning of such an important facility — particularly in the most critical areas, such as operating rooms, as well as resuscitation and intensive care units.

Solar Power Plants

A solar power plant is a facility designed to convert solar energy into electrical energy. Unlike traditional thermal power plants that operate using fossil fuels, solar power plants utilize a completely environmentally friendly energy source — sunlight. The electricity generated by solar panels is in the form of direct current (DC). However, most electrical grids and devices operate on alternating current (AC). Inverters convert DC power into AC, making it compatible with the grid. After conversion, the electricity is transmitted through substations and transformers, from which it either flows directly into the grid or is used to supply power to on-site facilities. To optimize performance, a photovoltaic plant also includes a meteorological station, which analyses environmental conditions to determine the intensity and short-term evolution of solar radiation, as well as the exact time of sunset.

Commerical and Residential Buildings

These buildings require higher energy capacity due to their dependence on equipment or machinery, alarm systems, fire alarms, intrusion alarms, CCTV, and facility monitoring and management through computerized devices. Commercial electrical installations typically require a three-phase power supply, unlike residential installations, which generally operate on single-phase power. This means the use of more wires and cables, allowing greater current to be distributed across circuits to supply the required power.

Hospitality

Electrical installations are the main source of energy for hotel systems — lighting, sockets, air conditioning control, audio, alarm systems, monitoring, and system management, among others. They “bring to life” the processes that create comfort for guests and ensure a healthy, efficient working environment for staff. Some of the types of electrical systems we integrate into these facilities include: • Supply and installation of equipment in the 20 kV medium-voltage cabin, such as transformers, switchgear, and power centers. • Production, supply, installation, and connection of hotel electrical panels, industrial floor panels, and electrical panels for hotel rooms, bars, restaurants, kitchens, receptions, etc. • Supply and installation of backup power systems, including generators and UPS units. • BMS systems for intelligent heating and ventilation control to reduce energy costs. • Supply and installation of equipment for data, telephone, and television networks.

Shooping Mall’s

Shopping centers have high and complex electricity demands, depending on the size of the facility and its operational mode. The primary loads include HVAC systems, lighting, escalators, elevators, and retail equipment.

Infrastructure

The electrical and mechanical systems required for tunnel operations are numerous and varied. From lighting installations and ventilation control, to fire suppression, safety routes, traffic management and communications, each installation plays a key role in the successful and efficient operations of the tunnel. With an expert team of engineers and technicians, supported by the strength of our parent company ITE Engineering, we have the skills and experience to design and manage the installation of all major tunnel systems.
