The Skërficë Tunnel is located on the Kardhiq–Delvinë road. It is 1.3 kilometers long and is accompanied by an emergency tunnel. This tunnel serves as a key connecting point on the strategic Gjirokastër–Sarandë road. It was officially opened to traffic on July 2, 2022.
