ITE was contracted by the investor to perform turnkey solution for all electrical and electronic works. ITE was responsible for developing the entire electrical project and after approval of the investor implementing it. The project for this modern pharmaceutical compound included: Supply and installation of MV Switchgear, connection to the grid 20/0.4 kV, two power transformers 630 kVA each, power compensator 100 kVA, one 80 kVA UPS, two 60 kVA UPS.
Supply and installation of all cables for electrical system including all switch boards from power center to the distribution boards for HVAC, mechanical system etc. Supply and installation of all electrical works including, cable trays, pipes, junction boxes, floor boxes, bus bars for lighting of the warehouse and all other accessories. Supply and installation of all luminaries for outdoor lighting, warehouse lighting and office lighting. All luminaries are chosen according to the architect directives to provide a professional and very modern view. Supply and Installation of Vimar BY ME System to control all lighting and curtains in the building with various scenarios.
Supply and installation of CCTV System, Data Network, Switches, Fiber optics connection between racks, Fire Detection System, Public Address System, DMX Lighting Control for outdoor lighting, Intrusion Detection System.

The investor received a building with state of art electrical and electronic system. The lighting is controlled via central system allowing different scenarios to be applied according to customer needs. In addition, the various types of luminaries used in this project for indoor lighting and outdoor lighting make this building great.
