Solution:
One of the firs public underground parking in the city of Tirana. ITE Grup was contracted for following equipment and software solution: Electrical Power Supply from the grid 20/0.4kV with a transformer 400 kVA. Supply of all main elements of the electrical room like transformer, switchgear, voltage regulator, capacitor bank and UPS. Supply and installation of main power center (800A), electrical distribution boards, and electrical switchboard for HVAC ad mechanical system. Complete electrical system for the whole structure, supply of devices and parking management system. Solution for data network including systems like fire alarm, CCTV, Audio and access control. Control and management for the parking was provided by CUR System Technical (Germany).
