ITE Engineering was the contactor for performing installation and supplying electrical, electronic and BMS works. The building “National Theater of Opera and Ballet” located in the center of Tirana went under a full reconstruction. ITE Engineering supplied and installed the following systems:
Electrical power supply form the grid 20/0.4 kV including MV Switchgear and two power transformers 1000 kVA each. Supply and installation of all other equipment’s in the transformer station including UPS 200 kVA, Diesel Generator 800 kVA, and Power Compensator 400 kVA. Supply and installation of all switchboards starting from the power center (1600 A) and all secondary distribution board, distribution boards for HVAC and mechanical system. Complete electrical installations with cable trays, pipes, socket, switches, luminaries and all other accessories for the whole building. Supply and installation for data network system, fiber optic system, Fire Detection System, Intrusion System, Public Address System, Access Control System, CCTV System. Building Management System for Electrical System, HVAC System and lighting control. All devices from the electrical system and HVAC are controlled and monitored via BMS System through custom-made BMS System using Schneider Electric products. A special interest for this project was the supply and installation of all lighting equipment from many different brands and DMX system for controlling some common areas.
