ITE Group was contracted to complete all electrical works regarding the
lighting system of square and the underground parking under the square.
Lighting system was crucial for this project as it including the illumination
for facades of buildings like Museum, Opera House, Clock Tower,
Mosques, Gardens, Trees and square itself.
ITE Engineering was the contactor for performing installation and supplying electrical, electronic and BMS works. The building “National Theater of Opera and Ballet” located in the center of Tirana went under a full reconstruction.
The project included electrical system for venue with different arenas such as basketball, boxing, wrestling and the offices of more than 12 sports federations.
ITE was contracted by the investor to perform turnkey solution for all electrical and electronic works. ITE was responsible for developing the entire electrical project and after approval of the investor implementing it.

Supply of all main elements of the electrical room like transformer, switchgear, voltage regulator, capacitor bank and UPS. Supply and installation of main power centers electrical distribution boards, and electrical switchboard for HVAC ad mechanic system.
One of the firs public underground parking in the city of Tirana. ITE Grup was contracted for following equipment and software solution: Electrical Power Supply from the grid 20/0.4kV with atransformer 400 kVA. Supply of all main elements of the electrical room like transformer, switchgear, voltage regulator, capacitor bank and UPS. Supply and installation of main power center (800A), electrical distribution boards, and electrical switchboard for HVAC ad mechanical system. Complete electrical system for the whole structure, supply of devices and parking management system. Solution for data network including systems like fire alarm, CCTV, Audio and access control. Control and management for the parking was provided by CUR System Technical (Germany).
ITE Grup was contracted by the main contract “Gener 2” with the approval of the investor “Lockheed Martin”. The electrical project itself was very complex as it had to assure to the radar devices a 99.9999% power supply.
ITE Group was contracted by the investor to provide a turnkey solution for all the project. In the beginning ITE Group designed the electrical project in collaboration with investor and architecture studio. After that the company was responsible for implementing the project under the supervision of the electrical engineering staff of the investor.
The project included a full reconstruction of the stadium and new lighting system for HD transmission of the matches.
It was very important for the End User to provide the ultimate protection and security for the building.
ITE Grup was contracted by the Albanian Football Federation for the electrical and electronic works during the reconstruction of the stadium “Elbasan Arena”. Total power installed was 2500 kVA and ITE supplied everything related to medium and low voltage devices.
